1. Engineer/Sr Engineer Project Proposals & Execution

💡 Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics with minimum 5 years of experience in handling complex project proposals and project execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Proposals -

  • Review project specifications and requirements to develop accurate and comprehensive engineering proposals (technical and commercial) tailored to client needs.
  • Responsible for optimized model selection and putting value to customer’s table on the technical and commercial front.
  • Online submission of bids/ proposals including GeM bids.
  • Technical and commercial closure of projects through various ways of communication including emails, online meetings and personal visits as apt per situation.
  • Project costing finalization following the approval cycle per company norms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business management, technical, commercial, production and management teams.
  • Coordinate with VEGA’s purchase team and suppliers for handling buy-outs as per project needs.
  • Timely reporting of project quotes, statistics, and statuses as per company norms.

Project Execution –

  • Accountable for overall project execution, performance (cost, schedule, quality and risks) and customer satisfaction.
  • Techno-commercial aspects for the project execution.
  • The main focal point for the techno-commercial matters with EPC / End-users for the given region/accounts.
  • Change Order Management.
  • Project Progress reporting (external/internal).
  • Collaborating with the project documentation team to create post-order project documentation and its timely submission.
  • Coordinating with inspection & quality teams in conducting FAT and final inspections before order shipment.
  • Project close out including final documentation.
  • Doing all the needful in the project execution cycle to meet the customer/ contractual delivery date.

💡 Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics.
     Required Experience:

  • For Vadodara location relevant experience of 2-5 years is required.
  • For Mumbai location minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support day-to-day sales operations like proposal management, provide technical expertise, respond to technical and commercial questions, follow-up of customer technical issues, purchase order handling, complete sales coordination, inspection of finished goods and coordination with logistics.
  • Work along with the team members to help develop VEGA's business in the specified region.
  • Develop and maintain good relations with customers in the region. 
  • Constantly improve the service delivery to increase quality and reduce costs.

💡 Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics with minimum 5 years of experience in process instrumentation/ automation. Relevant experience in field sales is preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and implement a regional business plan to achieve the sales target. 
  • Develop business in the assigned region by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements. 
  • Scout for project alerts and communicate with the respective team. 
  • Create and manage key accounts.
  • Follow up on inquiries by providing sound technical advice to reach a logical conclusion.
  • Negotiate and close sales with agreeable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor the order booking process and order dispatch.
  • Liaise with internal sales, service, product management, and other departments.
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Effectively manage the payment cycle from the customer's end.
