We are looking for motivated persons to join our sales team.
📢 Designation: Area Sales Manager
📍 Location: Pune (2 Positions)
Territory to cover: Maharashtra region (except Mumbai and Konkan)
💡 Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics with 6 to10 years of relevant experience. Instrumentation field experience preferred.
📝 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Search for new customers who will benefit from our products and maximize active customers of the region with a clear focus on increased coverage.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business and provide appropriate products and solutions.
- Maintaining existing customers by providing all necessary support on time and building a good relationship.
- Generating sales enquiries and leads.
- Utilizing the product and application knowledge to offer suitable proposals to the customers.
- Regular follow up with the customers who have received technical and commercial proposals.
- Provide pre-sales support to the customers by means of technical discussions, application studies at site, presentations, demonstrations.
- Successfully closing sales with customers by negotiating quotation/tender price and commercial terms to meet both customer and our company needs.
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery timeline of the orders they have placed and coordinating with them for clearance.
- Managing other administrative procedures in sales processes and project management activities as needed.
- Timely collection of payments for supplied materials.
- Work on after-sales support services by coordinating with Service team to provide technical back up as required.
- Product education of how a product meets customer needs by providing technical presentation, product demonstration/trial and product training.
- Maintain updated information on strategic projects, have timely and quality information for proper decision making.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and driving the development of new market.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences & other marketing events.
- Meeting regular sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- As a team player, to work in line with company goals, vision, and mission by following home of values.
