Application
Foods often consist of a mixture of different raw materials. Mixers are used, for example, to mix solid materials into liquids. The resulting mixture is then further processed or used in downstream processes, if required, or directly packaged. The capacitive level switch ensures reliable control of the inlet valve. The tuning fork of the vibrating level switch changes its frequency in response to changes in density and can be used to monitor the correct product mixture as well as protect the downstream vacuum pump against dry run.
